Quiche? Quick and easy low cholesterol!

My take on a quiche.  

 

  • Frozen broccoli
  • Frozen chopped spinach
  • Microwave for five minutes.
  • Lay out the pie crust in the dish.  Add the veggies, egg beaters egg whites and top with low fat mozzerella cheese.
  • Bake.
  • Eat.
  • Very delicious!

 

Low cholesterol, high on taste!
